Xpragma's mission is to identify and develop new management approaches and methods that address critical needs of today's organisations. However, converting an interesting idea into a fully developed, tested and validated approach that is ready for deployment requires a level of resources that often supersedes our own capabilities. The concept development offering aims at addressing this challenge.
Concept development is an approach whereby we, together with the customer, further develop, test and validate a partially developed concept and turn it into a structured approach that can be deployed within the organisation. The initial concept can be provided either by us or by the customer. Specific financial conditions apply.
