Management briefings are lectures, presentations or short workshops whereby we introduce a new concept or approach or try stimulating non-traditional thinking on specific management issues. Most often, these briefings are used in the early phase of a new project, as part of a kick-off meeting, a brainstorming session, etc.
In general, we do not bring ready-made answers or methodologies in such briefing. Instead, we present in a very visual way a number of, often conflicting, sometimes even controversial ideas that can be the basis for new insights.
Below, you can find the brief descriptions of a few standard briefings. Format and content can be adjusted in order to fit the specific context or audience.
